Re: Free Software Upgrade for Soul 2016 (Canada)

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I just learned about this update and would love to try and get it on our 2015 +. Any chance either of you folks in the thread here still have the file somewhere? Can upload to a drive? Cheers!

Re: New software update installation (video)

If someone needs a version for Canada , you can download it here. Has anyone else tried this? Can they confirm that Fansite's download on Google Drive will work? I just learned about this upgrade a few days ago. I'm also in Canada, driving a 2015 +. Have you felt brave enough to try that download y...

Re: GTA in town hov lanes

Can't comment on this one, Mike. I've only ever used the HOVs on highways. I'll ask around though and see if i can figure anything out.

Re: GTA or Ontario owners. How much?

Thank you. Pickup was great. Was kept warm and charged up at inside at meadowvale kia with 6km on the od. One thing I noticed is there is a large hill out in Burlington where I live and after driving down it in B the climate mointor said 0.0 energy used for a while afterwards. Heat pump advantage m...

Re: Climate control via UVO when unplugged

Unfortunately the car HAS to be plugged in order for you to pre-heat/cool it. Just be thankful you at least have the UVO app. Us Canadians don't even have that...

Re: GTA or Ontario owners. How much?

Ya that is what I found. Cdn leasing would have been around $500 monthly for 48 or 60 months. When I'm purchasing for 585 for 60 months. Plus for me I will be getting a vehicle allowance through work to offset the cost. Ps: My black and red is at the dealer almost ready for pickup! Mike Congrats! L...

Ontario EV Charging Infrastructure

It was recently announced that Ontario would be investing $20M in creating a network of public EV charging stations. I just stumbled upon a guide with details of the goals for the program, which are pretty exciting. A few highlights: - They are focused on building Level 3 chargers (though will suppo...

I'm very curious as to how you were able to do this? Can't think of any way I'd be able to do that.

Re: Maximum driving efficiency

I shift on the fly between D & B at highway speeds. Awesome. Thank you. That is the exact situation I was concerned with. That drag when turning cc off for highway congestion. I actually always stick to driving in B (like being able to do minor adjustments to my speed), even with CC on the high...

Re: Pedestrian Warning System

The comments on the "engine sound" seem to mixed; some have it , some don't ? I don't have it when moving slowly forward (1-5 mph). I think the reason some people 'have it' and some people 'don't' is because of the nature of the "engine sound". It is a high-frequency whine, and ...
