When I first got the car three weeks ago, the range showed 108 miles when fully charged. Now it shows something between 99 and 102 when charged to 100%. Is this normal/expected, based on my driving habits (highway commute) or something?

Thanks,
Matt

this indicator is based on previous speed and acceleration.
at delivery, this value is fixed to the EPA measure.

Yes. The so-called 'guess-o-meter' is based upon how quickly you accelerate, highway speed, regenerative braking, etc.

Limiting highway speed to 62 mph, keeping to the green bars only while accelerating, using B mode in city traffic will all help increase range.

Selecting the miles/kWh readout in your main dash display settings will give you real time feedback on how you're doing..

-- 4.6 miles/kWh & above will maximize your car's range.

There is definitely a flaw in the Soul EV battery. Mine started at 105 miles range and held that for 6 months. After 6 months it gradually dropped until it is now 80 miles range at 18 months. Driving habit same and on ECO mode all this time.
I bought my Tesla same time and put more miles on it. At 10,000 miles it still does 238 miles range on full charge as original.
The dealer gave me this BS about how my driving changed. Simply not true.

When I brought it in to Kia again with print out proving significant degradation in range, they fixed a few things that fixed the problems:
1. PSEV BMS logic improvement
2. OBC Update, inspection, and replace

That fixed the problem. Now I'm getting 105 miles
