I recently handed off my leased 2016 Kia Soul EV to my wife (I upgraded to a Model 3) and of course in the first week it started giving her trouble (she's like poison to anything vaguely technological)
After about a minute of turning the car on, a popup shows on the screen "Your battery is low, please connect to a charger" and it also says this out loud.
The battery meter on the dash is showing 100%, and the car seems to drive just fine and charge fine. It seems to operate normally except this fault/warning that never goes away and keeps popping up if you dismiss it.
We've got a scheduled appointment to drop it off in a few days, but it's still very strange. Any ideas, comments, similar experiences?
