Thanks for the share. This does look pretty promising.

Any guesses on what that additional hardware module on the top is? If any additional hardware or sensors are needed for automatic parking then this would be a feature only for next gen SOUL EV.

And on the inside the big red self-destruct button just beneath the new display!
I guess this won't be a software update for current drivers.
Probably a luxury extra for future editions.

I can also see some blue tabs near the seams of the door; maybe 2 side camera/sensors?

Auto-parking is great, but that's ICE-tech. ;)

The small rectangle of blue foam on the doors is to prevent damage when opening the door and hitting the adjacent car in a car park. Lots of cars have them here.

Well, that's awfully compassionate of you folks. Drivers in the US seem to take a lot of pride in how far their doors swing open. I blame baseball.

I sat in the passenger seat today as a Hyundai I oniq drove itself around the car park and backed into a tight spot.
It is the same tech as displayed on the Kia in the above video.
The car has 12 sensors. 4 front and back and two on each side.
This tech will not be available on the cars sold this year.
The navigation software has clearly been updated in this car.
