Does anyone know how to release this panel?

This panel looks like it's upside down to me. Who knows how to release/open it so that I can reverse it, assuming it is indeed upside-down? I have yet to come up with what it's called, and I've searched the manual and can't find the answer. The closest I've found is that it seems to cover the safety plug on the battery.

I think it is in correctly. It is the cover for the main battery pack fuse.

You should be able to use a large screwdriver to wedge under one side and slowly leverage it up, and then go around to another side, like you would open the lid on a can of paint.

That was it, thanks. It just pried right up and was indeed upside-down. It's more of a trapezoid instead of a square, and now the short side and long side line up with the hole below.
