I called SiriusXM to cancel my subscription on my old Volt. They indicated that the traffic service is free for 5 years on the Soul EV. That's a pretty good deal, and I'm guessing it includes the "EV services" that come with SiriusXM.
The radio is free for 3 months as most of us probably know. However after your 3 months they have an unadvertised deal for an additional 5 months for a total of $25. You basically have to tell them you're going to cancel for them to offer it to you. I've found that you can churn that offer every 5 months or so, although your mileage may vary.
