I'm at 40k miles on my 2016 Soul and I've lost 25% - 30% capacity. Took it into Kia last week and they did two SA updates to the Electrical System, assuring me that it would help the problem. Unfortunately the updates made the issue slightly worse.
My question is, if I take it back to Kia, what should I expect in my quest for a new Battery? Is this a difficult task with Kia?
