I purchased my Soul EV certified used from a Kia dealership here in AZ. It had 48K on it. Was charging to 71 miles but with in a week it was only charging to 60 miles. Took it to Mark Kia in Scottsdale (the only dealership in all of AZ that services EV's). They had it for a day, called me, told me the battery pack needed to be replaced. Come and get a loaner as it will take two weeks. No hassle, no fuss, no muss. Very simple. I had only had the car for 2 weeks.

Hmm, maybe I should bring mine in. My max range is about 60 miles

I say do it with 60 on GOM with 4.1 mile/KWH will land you in about 68 to 69 on SOH

mbrown827 .... are you saying that you were able to get your Soul EV serviced in Scottsdale? I had to have my 2015 Soul EV shipping to Irvine, CA to get service last fall where the battery pack was eventually replaced after two and a half months.
