Re: Heat pump stopped working after climate software update SA427

I'm trying to communicate with Kia but they're being obnoxious. I'm wondering if I can file a complaint with the EPA for so massively altering winter consumption. I don't want to cause problems, I just want the update :(

Re: Issues after recent recall/software update

They need to check the battery with a carbon pile tester, which takes at least an hour. Those handheld testers give a false good pretty easily with these batteries. If you have a Costco membership, the battery is 121R and $100+tax

Re: Inaccurate energy consumption calcs on trip computer???

It's the wiring in your walls you need to be most concerned about. But even at 12amps some outlets don't do well under continuous load, if they aren't quite up to spec... https://i.imgur.com/7M8SVhzl.jpg But on topic, I've had my meter at 3.1 or so for months when it suddenly started jumping around ...

Re: Roll call for PacNW Soul EV owners!

Are you in the U.S.? Can you get it here?

Edit: oh, looks like Canada. I'm jealous! Hopefully someday soon I can come to visit the other side of the border again.

Old post, but why does it change from 59,721km to 60,000km?

Re: Heat pump stopped working after climate software update SA427

I presumed you're planning on doing this, but just in case, please let us know when the new software update is out :) Dealer service is not always great around here, as the first post shows. I didn't even realize my heat pump wasn't working -- I bought it this way.
