They only do what Kia tells them to. I'm not kidding, they just fill out a form and wait for some Kia suit to reply on what to do. From the invoice I got back the service writer didn't understand what I was saying or didn't write it correctly.
I can go back tomorrow and say the fix didn't work but I really don't have that big "talk to your manager" energy, and I'm not sure it even works anyway.
