I just bought a used Soul EV and Motor Vehicles gave me the card to put on my dash until I could get it inspected. I didn't realize at the time that as an EV I'm exempt from inspection and the woman at Motor Vehicles didn't either apparently.
Can I simply ignore it, or do I need a sticker saying I'm exempt? I'm worried about being pulled over without a sticker.
