My Charge cable don't works.

Hi,

I've got a Kia Soul 2022. I used my T1 charging cable maybe 5 times. But I want to use it now and it's doesn't work. When I plug it. I see a blue car with charging logo flashing. The car came green, and the charging logo dissapire and the charge doesn't start. If I take the T1 cable of my father who have a Nissan leaf, all works great and the car charge as supposed.

Do exist a troubleshooting guide? Do I have a warranty for that T1 Cable, it lese than 1 year.

If the cable was supplied with the car, it is covered by the warranty, provided is has not been damaged. The dealer should replace it.
