What's the total usable kWh?

Unless you coast into your garage with the battery drained you'd never know, right? What have you guys seen on your display as the range nears zero?

I have drained it to the state when it was not able to move, after that I could put in 28,4 kWh. Which I think means that 27 kWh stated in the official spec is usable capacity and delta on top of that number is energy loss during charging.

This test was done on my particular car:

I can confirm that a brand new Soul has 27.xx usable kWh from the battery. Tony estimated greater than 31 kWh total pack capacity in the car.
