Has anyone had a problem charging their Soul EV? I plugged in a 220 volt charger last night and it never charged. I noticed the blue lights come on and everything. I'm thinking it might be a defective 220 charger and hopefully not a serious problem with the car itself.
Just so I understand... If I drive my 2017 Soul EV to lets say 30% I can set my 16amp charger to come on at 11:00 PM and shut off at 4:20 AM and I should have 80% charge?
I was able to take the Soul to a CarMax approved repair shop and they said the antenna was fine. They said to contact the Kia service department so I called them to make an appointment. They said the earliest they could look at the car would be mid December
I joined a Kia Soul EV Facebook group and one of the members suggested I reset the radio. That fixed the radio but still no signal for SiriusXM. I'm taking the car to a shop tomorrow (CarMax is paying for it) and hopefully they can find the problem and fix it. In the meantime I'm using the...
I have an appointment at a repair garage Friday. Hopefully they'll be able to find the problem and fix it. I just bought the car from CarMax about a week ago and the repair will be covered by them.
Anyone ever have a problem with their radio? Mine just stopped working. All I see is the spinning pinwheel. Last week I had a problem with SiriusXM having no signal now this.
Anyone have success in getting the Kia Access app to work? I downloaded the app on my iphone and am stuck on activating. The instructions in the app say to press the setup key and navigate to the Kia Connect activation screen. There is no such screen.

I just looked it up on Kia's website for the US. It is 10 year 100k warranty. I was mostly concerned about the battery pack warranty.

I can use the SiriusXM app on my iPhone thru CarPlay for now. I made an appointment with CarMax (where I bought the car) for August 10th. The mechanic thinks it might be a faulty antenna.
