The volume of music is great - the volume on a phone call is horribly low. I can barely hear the other person talking even at full volume. With Bluetooth I can make myself go deaf from how loud the callers voice is.

I just found the OEM part: b2062adu01 It was $218 after shipping. It should be plug-and-play, but we will see when it arrives.

My maps are older - I can update them for $150. Not much of a need now that Apple CarPlay and Android Auto work - those are fare more up to date.
