Our 2015 has been in the shop for about one month now. Kia provided an EV6 loaner. The 10 year battery warranty is due to expire in a few months. Question: If Kia just sits on the car till the 10 years are up, is the battery then out of warranty and they are no longer on the hook to fix it? RT

I think we are about 8 months into our 2015 replacement battery. Just checked now and a 67% charge is showing 81 miles estimated range. Car now has 39,406 miles. Don't drive 75mph after your car has been sitting in the hot sun all day. RT

6 months into replacement of 2015 battery. 80% charge indicates 98 mile range. Not sure why the range is so much better now given that the range when new was 92 EPA miles.
