To provide some updates to this. Assuming you just need a set of OEM floot mats, Kia seems to be clearing them out of inventory as they are incredibly cheap right now. E4F14-AC000 is the part number for the grey/silver mat set I paid $30USD for the full set brand new.

I've never heard of such a product, but you'd also want to ensure that the two outlets are on different phases in the breaker panel. As to using a 16A charger, you can likely just swap whatever outlet you have to a 20A breaker circuit, even on GFCI.

The problem that I am having is that Kia Canada "customer service", at the supervisor level, has told me that there is nothing that they can do. I've equally had two different service centers/dealers tell me that there is nothing more that they can do.
