    New software update installation (video)

    For the benefit of others I just wanted to confirm this still works and worked great for my 2016 Kia Soul EV+ in the US. I pulled the SD card, dragged over the upgrade folder to the root of the SD card, put it back in, hit the update button, and it did its thing. Android Auto is great on this.

    That was it, thanks. It just pried right up and was indeed upside-down. It's more of a trapezoid instead of a square, and now the short side and long side line up with the hole below.
