    How to turn running lights off?

    When this Soul EV limited is parked and I turn the lights (headlamps) off, I find that a strip of led lights remain on. I think these are called running lights, and they provide diffuse light. The light is really quite bright and I want to learn what options might exist to turn them off even on...
