That is a good deal. When I was looking at a Kia Soul EV I was getting a EV base at this price after much negotiation. You got a + with fun and sun so yes this is a good deal. I did no purchase a Soul as there is no service support in Arizona.

Update: I spoke with multiple KIA dealers here in town. None of them are EV certified and they have no clue how soon would that happen. They said they could help with small service related stuff and tweaks etc., but for anything that would need to be billed to Kia would be a no go as they are...
