Thank you for your diagnostics, the issue was a dead 12 V battery. Once they charged the 12v battery the car started up with no problems and showed them the correct information on the GPS, all seems to be functioning fine.

I believe it had a charge, the vehicle had been plugged in to the charger the whole time, but maybe the 12 volt battery got drained. One of the mistakes I did make was to have the vehicle on instead of on auxiliary. We will find out tomorrow what service says and how they will fix the problem...
