Why doesn't Kia post sales numbers for Soul EV? Who knows, but Kia World was still able to get the number. Kia has sold 109 of the units in the US market, and 14 units in Canada. This is in the electric vehicle's debut month with limited dealer inventory, so I think it's safe to expect this...

I wouldn't rule out a normal bike rack just yet... With the Nissan Leaf it wasn't long until somebody pulled off the rear panel to find places to mount a hitch. On the Soul EV, assuming the battery pack doesn't cover up the conventional hitch mounting locations, I'd expect a standard hitch...

Hi Ray, In Downtown LA dealerships are selling right at the recommended Kia rate of $249/mo for 36 months, with $1,999 due at signing. 0.9% APR I was under the impression there aren't enough Soul EVs around yet so demand is keeping the lease price right where it started... I did find these...

SlashGear did a review of the 2015 Kia Soul EV, took it for a drive, and was pretty happy with it. What I want to know, though, is what's with the vehicle beside it in this picture? Anyone know details about this ratrod car?

Sorry to hear that! I wonder if the Soul EV will handle/ride any differently? It's definitely heavier with the battery pack, but I don't know if or what changes Kia made to the suspension...

Notice the trunk space isn't affected by a battery pack! Overall, the author of the article was impressed, especially since Kia seems to be conservative in it's acceleration numbers and range estimates. More photos on the Car Guide website...
