Hi all,

I am considering leasing the luxury sunroof model. Up here we need to get the Luxury model (middle) because it has a heat pump instead of a resistance. This will help in the winter for range. Also, the sunroof is just a few bucks more...so why not.

Quebec gov give $8000 rebate which is $6956 before taxes.

Reviewing the Kia Canada website I find.
Sales price $421,035
down payment $6,956
term 48 months
payment frequency: monthly
rate: 2.9%
km allowance 16,000
end value: $13,879
payment including delivery and destination : $479
if I click include taxes it jumps to $577 but I think it should be $551 ($479 + 15%).

If I put down $2,000 then the payment drops to $435 + tax = $500.

Where are you located and what are you paying?

Cheers!
Terry

That's a mighty STRONG DEPRECIATION ... LOL ... so which is the sales price $41k or $42k ? Or something else alltogether ?

I'm in Seattle, so I will use US dollars...

I have the plus, but not the Fun in the Sun package (sunroof, light up speakers)
I have puddle lights, cargo net, trunk liner, wheel locks

I went with 15k mi/yr
3yr lease
Paid extra for the bumper-to-bumper, roof to road warranty.

Negotiated 34,900 (tax free in WA state if <$35k)
-$7500 fed rebate
-$2000 Kia rebate
I think I had to pay like $3k at signing, and my payments are $375

$15k to pay off in the end.

Hi All,

Had some unexpected setbacks, but finally took delivery. The boss (aka wife) refused all the two tone paint jobs on the lux model. So we got the sunroof model. Picked it up yesterday,. Yay!

Its so quiet you hear the wheels squeak when you turn the wheel on a painted surface....

So far amazing... Won't be needing those gas coupons anymore :)

Cheers!
Terry
