I had my 2016 OBC replaced under warranty at Cerritos in 2023. They know how to do it. I had my high voltage battery changed here last December, all the software updates… maybe you just had a service advisor that’s not the most knowledgeable.

2016. It looks like this pack does not have battery heating. I’m in SoCal so it does not get very cold over here. Perhaps that is the reason?

Thank you uspurs for that latest update. Real world range is what matters most. I ran down my car from 100 to 1 %, 52 miles with the ac on (4 miles kw/h 😂). Fully charged it with my juicebox, according to the app it took 13 Kwh. I’m going to take it back in to try and get it replaced.

That is a little disappointing. My GOM range has dropped down to 50 miles with no ac, pretty sure it’s passed the threshold now. Not sure what to do, wait for “non-R” packs to come back, or just bite the bullet.

I wonder if the 4250R pack has the issues that lead to the recall/software update resolved. Have you gotten any more time to test how many miles you can get out of the pack?
