    Which model and year do you have? How far back are they going? And what is the reason for the buyback?

    Alternative app to Soul EV Spy

    I got the Tourque Pro app for my Chevy Spark EV, until it was totaled. Then I moved it over to my Soul, used a new set of PIDs, and set up the app again. So far, so good, but not all PIDs work. Mostly, I look at SOC, and the individual cells.

    New recall: electric parking brake

    Just received a letter in the mail from Kia about a recall for 2015 to 2019 Soul EVs. Apparently it’s an issue with the electric parking brake, but it looks like it’s only a software update. Look for letters coming in the mail soon.

    Spare Key FOB

    How do you program it to your car? I only got one with my new Soul. I previously had a Spark EV, and it required programming by the dealer.
