I came across this image on the Canadian Kia Soul EV page. It's an image of the center of the dashboard, looking down through the windshield I guess.

I notice on Kia's Canadian site that the Soul EV is listed as 'coming soon'.
Further digging finds the Soul EV info page has a section labelled 'government incentives' and lists Quebec and Ontario.
My questions:
1. Is the Soul electric only going to be available in Ontario and Quebec?
