    Soul EV spotted in Puerto Rico

    While on vacation in San Juan I was surprised to see a black and red Soul EV on the road. It was the only EV I had seen for the entire week. I wasn't aware that hey were available in Puerto Rico. Has anyone else heard of them being available there, or was this one imported?
