I am in a Titanium Silver SOUL EV whilst I await my Blue one. Been waiting since September so growing impatient. Had a call today saying it is on its way to the dealer on Monday and I should get it next Wednesday.
In the meantime here is the Titanium loaner.

- The car was parked on the beach. The tide came in and flooded the car. Why leave it there? The driver says it was a mistake. He left it there while he went fishing. The insurance company claims it was deliberately done, and is fighting the claim.

I would say certainly yes. After being flooded by sea water to this depth I am sure all electronics in the car are destroyed. I don't have a flooded Soul EV battery pack photo to show, but we do have a T esla.
