i noticed my daughters soul ev had been sitting for a few days and didnt seem to be warming up each day. she told me that after one day without use it doesn't warm the car up, basically it only does it on the first day.

anyhow is that correct?

you must check all days in the scheduled pre-heating of the cabin.
AND ... you must use the 1st line if you don't use the 2nd line.

It's a bug.

When you change on OFF the first line and leave ON the second, the second work only 1 time over 4.
When you use the 1st line, scheduled work always like you want.

There's also the bug that if it is scheduled to charge but doesn't because the battery already has enough charge, then it will not pre-heat.
