I have full battery bars until I hit 87%. Is this normal? Are the bars more representational of how much capacity you have left or the percentage?

Is it possible to cool the Soul down via the UVO app when unplugged? I keep getting the error that I need to plug it in. I have my surf board in my car a lot, and I used to be able to cool it down for 5 minutes with my Focus Electric. Thank you.
