Soul EV sales figures

The Soul EV has been a slow seller for the Kia brand.

According to this report here, Kia has only sold about 1000 units of the all electric Soul.

Why do you think they don't push the model in the U.S. market?

I don't know.
Most people I talk to do not know it is available as an EV.

They don't want to offer it in all states until they have the service infrastructure in place. I would think that there isn't much infrastructure needed but they do need to train staff and install L3/L2 chargers at the dealerships before they can start selling the EV.

I called the national hotline and local dealers and it seemed like both sides were interested to "make it happen" but it was going to take some time.

After 2 years on the US market, the Soul EV finally crossed the 200 sales mark in one month alone!!
