My First Problem

Yesterday as I headed of to work, I looked down to see that I had 37 miles of charge. Of course I didn't see this until half way to work so it was a little late to do much about it. For some reason the car didn't charge overnight. I decided I'd just go to the dealer on my way home and use the fast charge. While I was there I decided to just plug into one of their 240v chargers just to make sure there wasn't a problem... there was. The light would come on up on the dash, just the first one, and flash for about 30-45 seconds. After that, all 3 lights would flash and then it would click off. I looked at the screen and there was a "Charging Error". Has anyone else experienced this particular problem?

Just for the record, I searched for this but I apparently don't know how to search for the string Charging Error. If anyone can help with that I'd appreciate it.
