Power Button Indicating Lights

Maybe its just me but I needed clarity for the different light indications on the Power-Button.

As I understand, The word "Power" is lit only for convenience; so it's easy to find.

The small LED window has different light colors to indicate different vehicle operating modes.
So, the LED has a Amber light for Accessories only (multi-media and Navi). LED has Red light for Access. AND Warning lights (console) only.

LED light is OFF when vehicle is in Start/Run mode.

Did I get it right ?

I'm red / green colour blind so no idea on what goes on with the power button led.
I go by the dash lights, car with arrows underneath means the equivalent of engine running in a gasoline car. Dash without that but with lots of other lights is equivalent of key on but engine not running. Accessory position is obviously Head Unit running but nothing lit on the dash (maybe 12V discharge light, I forget).
