Ok, so now I testet this:
> at sh 771
> 10 03
> 2f bc wx yz

Not all gave any noticeable results, but I managed to enable some relay(s), turn on left indicator and high beam head lights :)

Code:
at sh 771

OK

>1003
779 02 50 03

>2f bc 14 03
779 03 7F 2F 22 - Condition not correct?

>2f bc 14 00
779 04 6F BC 14 00 - Some relay clicked somewhere under the cluster display.

>2f bc 12 03
779 04 6F BC 12 03 - Same as above.

>2f bc 15 03
779 04 6F BC 15 03 - Left indicator light blinks

>2f bc 15 00
779 04 6F BC 15 00 - Nothing I could see happened here

>2f bc 02 03
779 04 6F BC 02 03 - Turned on the high beam lights

>2f bc 02 00
779 04 6F BC 02 00 - Nothing I could see happened here either

>2f bc 01 03
779 03 7F 2F 22 - Condition not correct?

>2f bc 01 00
779 04 6F BC 01 00 - Nothing here either, as far as I could see.

AT SH 769 didn't work at all. All I got was NO DATA when I tried sending commands, so it seems AT SH 771 is correct.

Hmm, okay.
7A0 (response 7A8). 7A8 is the Body Controller and should operate the doors and windows? Also change session to use the commands.
771 /response 779). 779 is the Smart Junction Box and should operate the relay's (e.g. for lights)

I changed to my winter tires saturday, and my car registered the other sensors after a few hundred meters drive.
Wonder if the car recognizes any new sensors or if the car dealer have programmed both sets of sensors.

We've only seen one space for the sensor ids so they can't program both sets of tyres in. There are 2 possibilities:

1) The car autolearns the new sensors.

2) The dealer cloned the ids of the summer set to the winter set.

The IDs are definitively different, so it seems the car autolearns new sensors. Which is really nice :)

Wonder if the car know which tire is where... Have to do some tests.

For comparison, I think with the LEAF you have to tell it to expect new sensors, then it will learn them. Maybe the dealer told it to expect new ones?

The LEAF doesn't know which tire is which.

Have you tested the following BCM (CAN ID 7A0, response 7A8) commands?
(After session change "with 10 03")

2F B0 00 02
2F B0 20 02
2F B0 40 02
2F B0 60 02

I got a positive response in my trace but i don't know the function (maybe central locking?)

By the way: Which features/functions are still missing/would be nice to know? :)
E.g. Setting the climate and loading times via remote command.

I believe I did test them, but I might have done something wrong. I'll see if I can have another go at it today.

This are the features I would like:
- Find ambient temperature - The only value missing in the OVMS-APP :)
- Lock/Unlock car
- Turn on and off heat.
- Turn on and off side mirrors- and back window heating.
- Open up the charge port.
- Enable the back lights even though the auto light sensor says it isn't necessary.

This would make OVMS the UVO for the rest of the world.

I'd like to know some maintenance commands:

1). Run coolant pump - needed after any work on the coolant system to bleed it

2) Retract electric brake fully - needed when changing the rear pads.

Thanks for all your work you already did and you will do!

The features looks great to me!

Very good ideas!

This is my dream list as well. :)

Some way to turn on climate control without the car plugged in would be nice. Not sure what kind of check it uses to see if it is plugged in but is theoretically possible.

Hopefully, an improved UVO for everybody, not just the places that don't yet have it.
See my pic below to see why I too would like an open UVO.

I should also mention this is the Soul Spy thread.
Soul Spy connects by Bluetooth. It will not be useful from a distance.
The replacement for UVO wishlist should really be in the separate OVMS thread.
Any news when there will be a beta version of Soul Spy to test?
Will Soul Spy also contain the maintenance features such as setting TPMS,
or is it just for monitoring?

UVO does not start with a rooted android phone.
I installed UVO before rooting and it worked fine.
No longer.

I know this is the Soul Spy thread. I am the OVMS-developer for Kia :)
But this is not only the Soul Spy thread, it is also the thread where most of the CAN reengineering is discussed. That's why OVMS is mentioned. I Hope that is ok ;)

Yes, the CAN reengineering is necessary for both projects, so I have no issue there. My comment that a replacement for UVO is something that only OVMS can do is why I mentioned the thread.
I think it will help in future if we keep the threads tidy now. I often browse the sister site MyNissanLeaf.com. The threads I am interested in on development of Leaf Spy and discussion on battery ageing are almost impossible to follow because of their size and chaotic nature. It also doesn't help that almost everyone involved in the discussion from 3 years ago has now left the MyNissanLeaf site.
