Is 37510-E4200 battery pack under the recall?

I have the 2015 soul ev that I know is not under the battery recall.

But I have the battery replaced under warranty in Aug 2018 with

37510-E4200 Pack Assy-Battery
37513-E400, Battery Management

Right now if I look in the nhtsa it didn't show the recall for the battery

If that battery is under recall how can I get the recall work start as dealers won't know anything about it.

You have the same replacement pack as mine. 37510-E4200 Pack Assy-Battery.
It is recalled.
If you have the invoice then just phone Kia and let them know.
Presumably the reason you haven't had a recall notice is that they don't know about your replacement.
( They should know because they paid for it, but mistakes happen. )

I remember you helped me with the charger and battery replacement back in the days

Yeah knowing kia mistakes happen. After I did the SC125 recall, years after when I did the charger replacement the different dealer say I still have the sc125. I guess they just check and rebill them.
